Office Administrator

In this role you will:
Make sure the office is organized, welcoming, and running smoothly day to day.
Communicate with vendors, couriers, service providers, and other external partners to ensure reliable and timely support.
Coordinate supplies, deliveries, meeting spaces and visitor management.
Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, team leads, and other colleagues on office and employee experience matters.
Support employees across their journey, including onboarding, offboarding, workplace questions, and everyday office needs.
Prepare a smooth new joiner experience, including welcome materials.
Help plan and organize office events, celebrations, gatherings, conferences, and off-site activities.
Track office-related budgets, invoices, expenses, and supplier documentation.
Coordinate required medical check-ups, safety trainings, and other workplace compliance activities.
Help coordinate business trips, including travel arrangements and accommodation.
Support office processes, and practical improvements together with internal teams.
What we do expect:
Experience in office administration, workplace coordination, facilities, reception, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style.
Great attention to detail and the ability to keep things structured and organized.
A people-first mindset and genuine interest in creating a positive employee experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and requests.
Basic understanding of invoices, budgets, expenses, and supplier coordination.

Gross salary: 1800 - 2300 EUR. Your salary is based on your competence and experience.
