Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric), Databricks (PySpark, SparkSQL), dbt, Power BI.
In this role, you will:
Design and develop modern data engineering solutions — including data pipelines, lakehouse architectures, and analytics platforms — for the largest companies and organizations in Nordics.
Design, build, and maintain scalable data integration and transformation pipelines across cloud-native data platforms.
Apply data modeling and governance best practices to ensure reliable, scalable, and business-aligned analytics solutions.
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize pipeline and platform performance to meet scalability and reliability demands.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Work in agile teams, participating in planning, reviews, and continuous improvement.
Stay current with emerging data technologies and bring relevant innovations into your work.
What do we expect?
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
2+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehouse, or BI development.
SQL skills with hands-on experience in data transformation and querying.
Experience with cloud-native data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP or similar).
Experience with data integration and orchestration tools (Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow, dbt, or similar).
Understanding of data warehouse design and modern data modeling concepts (including Medallion architecture, lakehouse design, Star Schema or Data Vault).
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Fluent English and Lithuanian.
Bonus points:
Experience with Databricks, PySpark, or SparkSQL.
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or Snowflake.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Experience with Python or C#.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control tools (Git).

Gross salary: 2500 - 6375 EUR. Your salary is based on your competence and experience.
This is a remote position available only to candidates who are based in Lithuania and legally eligible to work in Lithuania.
