In this role you will:

• Develop and enhance features using .NET 8.0 on the backend and React on the frontend.

• Work with relational SQL databases, including modeling, queries, and performance considerations.

• Finalize system functionality and prepare four production‑ready systems for deployment.

• Implement integrations with internal and external services as needed.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team to build a data management system for one of the largest institutions in the financial sector.

What we do expect:

• Strong experience in .NET development (at least 3 years).

• Hands-on experience with React and frontend development principles.

• Solid understanding of SQL databases and Entity Framework.

• Experience with IIS configuration, hosting, and deployment of on-prem solutions.

• Ability to take ownership of solution completion and production readiness.

• Experience working in an Agile environment.

• Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian (written and verbal).

Nice to have:

• Experience with containerization (Docker).

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control (Git).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for future scalability.
