Technology stack:  

• Modern: .NET 8+, Azure Services (Functions, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, SQL, Redis), Blazor, React, Bicep/YAML
• Legacy: .NET Framework 4.6+, MVC, Razor, JavaScript, SQL Server, Elastic Search, on-prem hosting

In this role you will:

• Act as the technical and motivational lead for the Vilnius support team;
• Handle various support tasks alongside your team;
• Engage with customers to clarify, estimate, and resolve issues professionally;
• Take ownership of ticket prioritization, escalation, and follow-up;
• Set up processes, tools, and routines for the newly formed team;
• Coach and support team members;
• Collaborate closely with our engineers in Denmark.

What we do expect:

• Proven technical experience with Microsoft/.NET stack;
• Strong application support and troubleshooting skills;
• Familiarity with both Azure and on-premise infrastructure;
• Leadership qualities and a drive to improve team and customer outcomes;
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written);
• A structured, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
