We’re looking for a dynamic People & Culture Business Partner for Lithuania, who thrives on building connections, shaping strategy, and driving meaningful change. What You’ll Be Doing. As a trusted partner to business leaders, you will play a critical role in aligning strategic goals with actionable People & Culture initiatives. From talent management to organizational design, you will help shape the structure and capabilities of the organization to ensure success in a constantly evolving environment. You will guide leaders in areas such as performance management, career development, and conflict resolution, ensuring our people strategies are driving real business impact.
Your work will also focus on building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace that fosters innovation and growth. You will be instrumental in creating clear roles and responsibilities, supporting leadership teams with effective communication channels, and facilitating processes that ensure consistent and fair performance evaluations.
Additionally, you will be involved in talent acquisition activities, working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and support the end-to-end recruitment process. By helping to source, evaluate, and onboard new team members, you’ll ensure that we continue to build and maintain a strong, skilled workforce aligned with our business goals.
Collaboration is key to this role. You’ll work closely with local business leaders to identify and address organizational needs, develop and implement training programs, and ensure strategic alignment across all levels of the business. Together, we’ll create a culture that empowers people to achieve their full potential while driving company objectives forward.
You will be reporting to the Chief People Officer and will be part of the global People & Culture Business Partner team.
What You Bring to the Table. People & Culture leader with a proven track record in HR, organizational development, or a similar field. You hold a master’s degree in Business, Psychology, or another HR-related discipline. You’ll need expertise in talent management, performance development, and organizational design, coupled with the ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders at all levels. Your experience in driving change and building effective communication frameworks will set you apart.
