Scrum Master
Every day, we develop truly useful solutions that make people's daily lives a little easier.
We usually respond within three days
We are built a bit differently. No matter that we are an international community of ~3000 techies, there’s no corporate culture or worn up hierarchy. We trust people. In Lithuania we don’t have managers and no one is telling you what to do. We have coaches who are guiding, mentoring and supporting. We don’t follow other examples. We create new ones. For people.
In this role, you will:
- Support and moderate Scrum meetings (iteration planning, reviews, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement).
- Motivate, support, and encourage global agile teams in self-organization.
- Proactively identify and resolve project obstacles by using metrics/KPIs and active solution proposals.
- Align backlog structure and project reporting measures at project start.
- Serve as a key user and administrator for lifecycle management tools.
- Conduct user training and participate in tool and process improvements.
What do we expect?
- 3+ years of experience in a scrum master / project management role
- Clear understanding of Agile Methodology and Scrum Software Development
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts
- Ability to create a culture of openness, respect, and continuous improvement
- Experience using Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence)
- Scrum Master certification is preferred
- Good written and verbal English skills.
What should you expect?
- Committees: from the conferences we attend to ideas like workplace design - you’ll have the chance to create an organisation you dream to work in by joining 1 of 10 our committees.
- Investments: the company belongs to us - the employees. We have all opportunities to invest in the twoday Group under the same conditions as CVC investment fund.
- Healthcare: health insurance and mental & emotional support from third-party consultants.
- Pension accumulation: the state encourages participation in pension accumulation programs by applying tax benefits.
- Flextime: flexible working hours, unlimited work from home, office workplace and free parking.
- Leisure together: excursions, team buildings, pizza Fridays, techie club, sports training or board games nights. We also have a sauna!
- Work from home: unlimited work from home policy.
- Gross salary: 2500 - 5000 EUR. Your salary is based on your competence and experience.
